Welcome to PropFantasyLeague. (“PropFantasy League”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use PropFantasy League.
• Use of the Platform is restricted in certain jurisdictions where fantasy sports are prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with local, state, and national laws.
Restricted States in India: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana.
2. Account Registration
• To access most features, you must register and create an account

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not transfer or share your account.
3. Game Rules
• PropFantasy League is a skill-based fantasy sports platform, not a game of chance.
• Users create virtual teams based on real-life players and score points based on actual performances.
• All contests are governed by specific rules, scoring systems, and deadlines which are available within the platform.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any contest in case of technical errors, fraud, or other unforeseen events.
4. Payments & Withdrawals
• Users may enter paid contests using their wallet balance.
• Deposits can be made through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts or UPI, subject to KYC compliance.
• Bonus or promotional balances may have restrictions or usage conditions.
• We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or incorrect user details.
5. Taxes
• You are solely responsible for complying with tax laws related to your earnings from the Platform.
• We may withhold taxes or issue tax forms where required by law.
6. Responsible Gaming
• PropFantasy League supports responsible gaming.
• If you feel that your gaming habits are affecting your well-being, we encourage you to seek help from professional services such as BeGambleAware.
• You can request a temporary or permanent account suspension for self-exclusion.
7. Fair Play & Conduct
You agree NOT to:
• Use multiple accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools
• Submit false or misleading information
• Collude with other users
• Exploit bugs or platform vulnerabilities
Violation of these terms may result in:
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of winnings
• Legal action, if necessary
8. Intellectual Property
• All content on the platform (logos, branding, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of PropFantasy League or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• We are not responsible for losses due to technical failures, server issues, or data breaches beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• PropFantasy League shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
• Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms
• Restrict access to contests or features without prior notice
• Reclaim bonuses or winnings obtained via fraudulent means
12. Modification of Terms
• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Any changes will be notified via email or app notification.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
